Kindstep is a free tool that uses AI to summarise your CV and compare it to job postings. It's a helper, not a guarantee. The summaries, match scores, and suggestions are best understood as a second opinion — useful, but not the final word on your career.

Use Kindstep for your own job search. Don't try to break it, overload it, scrape it, or use it to harass others. Don't upload content that isn't yours to share or that contains other people's private information.

AI gets things wrong sometimes. A high match score doesn't promise an interview, and a low one doesn't mean you shouldn't apply. Always read postings yourself and trust your own judgment about where you'd thrive.

Kindstep is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the extent allowed by law, we're not liable for outcomes from using the tool — including job decisions, missed opportunities, or technical issues.

Kindstep uses AI providers (Google, OpenAI), job board APIs (like Adzuna), and shows ads via Google AdSense. Their terms apply to their parts of the experience.

We may update these terms occasionally. The date at the top will change when we do. Continuing to use Kindstep after that means you're okay with the update.
